The hybrid system combines automated monitoring with manual review. The channel's public profile (YouTube, SoundCloud, social networks) is tracked and new uploads, events, and metadata are synced. A curator verifies accuracy monthly, so the channel profile stays current without chasing it.
What is featured channel visibility?
Your channel appears in featured sections of the DigIN platform, increasing its visibility to DJs, promoters, and music professionals. You also receive reach analytics to measure the channel's impact.
How do we activate the service after purchase?
Step 1: You'll receive 2 activation codes by email within 1-3 business days after payment verification — use them to unlock Premium features on DigIN.
Step 2: Reply to the email (or reach out on WhatsApp) with the channel's links (YouTube, SoundCloud, social networks) to start the verification process. Setup takes up to 7 business days.
What happens after 2 years?
After 2 years, only featured visibility (placement, promotional content, and reach analytics) lapses unless you renew. Everything else continues: verification, channel management, early access to new features, direct support, both lifetime DigIN Premium licenses, and the Founding Supporter badge. The moment of entry doesn't expire.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer rights), as long as the verification work hasn't started. After this period or once verification begins, no refunds are available.
